The only company taking design seriously. From the begining, Apple stood for usability, quality, and integrity of their products. And throughout the time line we could see that it has given a lot to the world as a designer. Apple have a great R&D policy, which in turn is the life of the company. The team at Apple, headed by Steve Jobs (CEO) and Jonathan Ive (Senior Vice President, Design) has contributed tremendous design concepts and insights to the world. And producing "world's best" things! It all started in a garage in 1976. With two 'Steves'; Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, the company was like a very personal thing, the endeavor of two young and passionate geeks. Steve Wozniak, a born genius from the beginning, tried to keep everything as simple as possible. While Steve Jobs always looked for the 'next best thing'. Still, Apple's philosophy centers around the notions of simplicity, aesthetic appeal and inventions. The company, came through a dramatic timeline in which, the company even fired it's very own chairman, Steve Jobs! Apple has proven itself as a brand with personality and philosophy.
